This prized tenderloin roast comes from the same cut as our Filet Mignon. Marbled to perfection, our Been Tenderloin is tender and rich, offering a wonderful meal when serving larger groups. The Beef Tenderloin is cut from the tip of the loin. As a general rule, plan on 2-3 servings per pound.
