Excellent tasting beef! I love knowing the cows are raised just a few blocks away from my home and as I drive by them I can see how happy and healthy they are. The flavor is far superior to the grass fed beef from New Zealand and Australia you get in the store that has that distinctive sour aftertaste. People that say they don't like grass-fed likely haven't had American Grass Fed beef as it is delicious and nutricious!

Beautiful beef! Great for burgers, meat sauces, meatballs, and meatloaf. An absolute mainstay in out house---I feel more secure with a couple dozen pounds in my reach in.
