The best chicken thighs!!! Ever since we started buying our meat through Cotton Cattle at our local farmers market a few years ago, I haven’t bought meat anywhere else.

I’ve ordered chicken cutlets from Cotton Cattle several times. The cutlets have been perfect each time.

I slow cooked the beef oxtails to make broth. Broth had beautiful color, was full of beef flavor, and hardly no fat. Used it to make beef stew.. The beef itself fell right off the bone and was tender and juicy.

These filet mignon's are amazing! My fiance and I absolutely love them.

Absolutely delicious, so moist and flavorful! Will definitely be ordering again.
