This is the 4th beef share we've gotten from Cotton Cattle Co and we cannot recommend it enough. We get clean, delicious meat while also being able to support a local farm. It doesn't get any better than that.

The best! I usually marinate it in some coconut aminos and garlic. Gives it a teriyaki flavor. Then cook it in the oven until medium. Slice thin and eat it as is or as fajitas with some peppers and onions. Makes a great weekly food prep item. You won’t be disappointed!
